to an address not listed with your VISA or MASTERCARD may cause significant

Important!
If your shipping address differs from your billing address,
you must enter the 1-800 number from the back of your credit card
below. For fastest service, please call this number immediately after
you place this order and add your shipping address to your credit card
file. This provides merchants like us with a verifiable shipping address
directly from your bank. Otherwise significant delays may occur if we
have difficulty contacting you directly for verification by phone.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD PROTECTION
In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, your
billing name, address and phone number must match that
of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel
any order that does not match these criteria. When you place an order
with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm your
credit card billing information and that it has not been reported as
lost or stolen.
Significant delays may
occur if we are unable to verify the validity of your credit card on
a suspicious order. Suspected orders are turned over to the FBI and
and the Internet Fraud
Complaint Center for investigation. This protects both the
consumer and merchant from further incidents and helps keep down the
costs of ReadyToFlyFun products.
BACK ORDERS
Back Order Policy. Our
policy is to charge only for available items which ship immediately. When
back ordered items become available they will be charged and shipped as
a separate order. To avoid shipping charges of back ordered items, please
specify not to ship a partial order and we will hold your complete order
until all items are available to ship.
WARRANTY -
U.S.A. and Canada only
ReadyToFlyFun
warrants it's transmitters and chargers free from all defects for a period
of 90 days from the date of purchase.
Due to the nature and operation of the RC
aircraft in flight, the warranty for aircraft components is good for 90
days or until flown, which ever occurs first. Carefully check the parts
and operation BEFORE your first flight. Damage incurred from flying, landing,
crashing or modification is not covered under the warranty.
If you discover
defects during the first preflight test outlined in the instruction
manual, please call our toll-free Customer Service line at 1-866-472-8697
for technical support. If
you are directed to return the product to our Service Center, you will
be provided with an RMA (Return Authorization) number. If in
our opinion, after inspecting the product, we determine it to be defective,
we will repair or replace it at our descretion.
RETURN POLICY
Return
Procedure. Please
call our toll-free Customer Service line at 1-866-472-8697 for technical
support. If
you are directed to return the product to our Service Center, you will
be provided with an RMA (Return Authorization) number. All returns
must have an RMA number or they will not be accepted. If in
our opinion, after inspecting the product, we determine it to be defective,
we will repair or replace it at our descretion.
If you are directed to return a product, please follow these instructions:
1. Unplug or remove all batteries.
2. Pack the complete contents in the original packaging.
3. Include the RMA number and your complete name & address inside
the package, as well as clearly writing it on the outer shipping label.
Include detailed information explaining the nature of the problem(s) encountered.
4. Please date your correspondence and be sure your complete name, address
and daytime phone number are included. Also be sure to include a copy
of your sales receipt.
We will be
unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not
packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages.
Returns sent COD will not be accepted.

Exchanges.
If you
are requesting another item in exchange for returned merchandise and if
that item is a different price, please indicate how you wish to pay or
be credited for the difference. (Check, MasterCard, or Visa)
Damaged
Merchandise. If
a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package
arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already
accepted a package and then discover that it has been damaged, please
call us immediately. We'll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork
and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to
inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment
merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from
receiving credit for the return.
CREDIT
CARDS & FRAUD PROTECTION
In the event that your credit card is declined,
ReadyToFlyFun will attempt to reprocess your order for two consecutive
days before canceling. (Note: declines are often the result of a mis-keyed
credit card number or expiration date.)
If your credit card billing and/or shipping information triggers an
alarm flag by our automated fraud detection system, and we are unable
to verify the information with the issuing bank, your shipment could
be delayed or cancelled.
We have taken steps to deter credit card thieves from using stolen credit
card information on our site. We request that all customers shipping
to addresses other than their billing address notify their credit card
company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming
standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call
the number on the back of your credit card and let them know you are
placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate
shipping address. Doing this will speed up the order process.
If our fraud department checks an order and the shipping address is
not listed on the credit card account, the order will be delayed. An
e-mail or phone call will then be sent to notify you of the delay and
request you register the alternate shipping address with your credit
card company. You then have 48 hours to register the alternate shipping
address and notify us before we cancel the order. Again, if there is
no response from you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
Additionally we will only charge your credit card for items that are
shipped and will not charge your card for any items that are on backorder
or discontinued at the time your order ships.
PRIVACY POLICY
READYTOFLYFUN is strongly committed to protecting your
privacy. The READYTOFLYFUN web site does not collect personal information
about its visitors except when knowingly provided by such individuals.
All such information provided to us is held in confidence and is used
to assist us in processing orders and/or preparing responses to individual
requests for information.
All personal information provided to us will be used by READYTOFLYFUN
authorized personnel only and will not be loaned, rented
or sold to third parties. We do, however, periodically review basic
data that is provided to us as a member of Yahoo! Stores that helps
us provide you with better service.
Occasionally, we may have a customer service promotion or new product
announcement we would like to share with you via email. You may request
to be removed from these mailings at any time.
For those who are interested, here is more information about Yahoo's
Privacy Policy. Each time you visit our site, our server automatically
collects information about which pages are visited and the domain name
of visitors for purposes of research and analysis of site content and
performance. This information is used for internal review only, to tailor
information for future updates and modifications and for site traffic
auditing.
SECURE TRANSACTIONS:
All online transactions at Toytronix, a Yahoo! member Store, are handled
with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card
number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in
an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is
stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant. If you are not
the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're
crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit
card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site.
According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion...is that on-line credit card
use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional "low-tech"
transactions." We order products online all the time, both as a company
and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something online,
we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant.
