Terms & Conditions

• Ordering: Simple and Secure Yahoo! Store Shopping. Please provide an email address which allows us to send your order confirmation and shipping notice promptly.
• Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders, checks, western union and school purchase orders. Please make out checks to PARKFLYRC.
• Shipping: We guarantee shipping only to the United States and Canada. Other locations require special order assistance. Orders usually ship within 1 day of payment receipt. Personal checks require additional 5 days. If your order includes an email address, we will notify you when your order ships and include tracking number if applicable.
• Shipping Restrictions: Items restricted to ground service cannot ship to APO,FPO, or Puerto Rico. Special arrangements for ground shipping to AK, HI and Canada require special order assistance.
  
• Lithium Polymer Batteries: Once you receive your battery pack, read the warnings and safety instructions packaged with the battery first and then test it for low voltage condition before you charge or discharge the battery. You must notify us, preferably by email, within 5 days of delivery, if any cells are below the manufacturers specification. Since we cannot guarantee the customer's compliance with manufacturers care and safety instructions, Lithium battery returns will not be accepted once charged or discharged. We strongly suggest you follow AMA safety precautions with Lithium Batteries.
• Missing and Incorrect Items in Order: If this happens, notify us immediately (preferably by Email).
• Returned Merchandise: Any merchandise returned for refund or replacement must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must be unused, in its original package, and in resalable condition. Please contact us before shipping your item back to us for a return authorization number. All returns not approved in advance will be refused at delivery. On authorized returns, shipping charges will only be refunded if the return was due to a shipping error by us. All other shipping charges are non-refundable, just the cost of the merchandise is refundable less a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to us. Returns that appear in damaged or mishandled packages will be refused and reported to the carrier on your behalf to expedite claim processing.
• Defective Merchandise: Merchandise must be returned unused in its original package. Do not write on the package. Include a brief note describing the defect on a separate piece of paper. Defective merchandise will only be replaced or refunded (at our discretion) within 30 days of purchase.
• Shipping Damage or Packages Lost in Mail: If a package has been damaged in shipping, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, or delivery is more than 1 week late, please call us promptly. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim.
• Back Orders and Out-of-Stock Items: Orderable merchandise is in stock, with the occasional exception of high demand for low stock items on the same day. In the event any of your items are not in stock, we will notify you for instructions.
• Email Policy: When you give us your Email address we do not share or sell it to anyone. We will send you and Email notification when we received your order and when it ships. We do save your Email address in our ordering-customers mailing list, only when you opt in to receive our new product announcements and special promotions, never to exceed 1 or 2 Emails at most per month.
• Privacy Policy: Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold, or disclosed to other parties. Any and all information given will be held with the utmost care and confidence.
• Limits of Responsibility: We accept no responsibility for crash damage. It is impossible to determine for certain whether crash damage was the result of the aircraft, control system or pilot error. We accept no responsibility for crash damage or improper installation and use of purchased products.
